Our Journey

History of EDO ASSOCIATION OF UTAH

What began as a small volunteer network in West Jordan has grown into a trusted nonprofit serving families across Utah.

Founding Story

Led by community organizer Charles O Idehen, the association was built to close everyday service gaps for immigrant and low-income families. Early efforts focused on translation support, school enrollment guidance, and emergency referrals. As trust grew, so did program scope, partnerships, and volunteer leadership.
